+ How do I log into JOE while at an Eaton location?
Open Internet Explorer, and enter connect.eaton.com in the "Address" field. (Please note that there is no "www" preceding the address.) Once the JOE login screen appears, enter your User ID and click Continue.
Your login preference will need to be set to "Yes, I want to automatically sing in to JOE when connected to the Eaton network". If it is not, click the link "Reset your login preference" and select the "Yes" radio button.
+ How do I log in to JOE from home or other non-Eaton location?
Open Internet Explorer, and enter connect.eaton.com in the "Address" field. (Please note that there is no "www" preceding the address.) Once the JOE login screen appears, enter your User ID and click Continue.
Your User ID is the same as your Oracle ID number, left-padded with zeros to a maximum of seven digits, and preceded by an "E". For example: if your Oracle ID is 12345, your User ID would be E0012345. Enter this in the "User ID" field.
On the second login screen, enter your password and click Login.
Your password is the same password you use to login to your Eaton Windows PC to the EURO, NAPA or NASA domain.
It is highly recommended that you memorize your password. Do not share it with others or write it down on or near your computer.
